How water resistant is it?

When you fit your kinesiology tape to the skin and it has been applied correctly. It should not come off in the water

What are the dimensions of the kinesiology tape individual strips?

The kinesiology pre-cut strips are 5cm (50mm, 2") wide and they are 25cm long (250mm, 10")

What is the best way to apply the kinesiology tape?

Clean the skin thoroughly using an alcohol based wipe then trim or shave any excess hair. Apply your kinesiology tape at least one hour before activity to ensure strong adhesion. It is very important that you do not over-stretch the tape when applying. The most important parts not to overstretch are the anchor points. Anchor points are 5cm at beginning and end of the tape.
